Overview:
Florida HomePro Services LLC, a leading provider of home services, is establishing its inaugural PEST division in North Port, FL, and is seeking a licensed Pest/Exterminator to spearhead operations. We are searching for an individual who not only holds valid Pest Control Operators and Fertilizer Licenses through FDACS for the state of Florida but also possesses the drive to develop best practices, provide training, and ensure the success of this new venture. Responsibilities:
- Hold and maintain Pest Control Operators License and Fertilizer Licenses through FDACS for the state of Florida
- Develop and implement best practices for Pest Control operations
- Provide training and support to team members as they execute their roles
- Utilize sales techniques to upsell services to customers
- Perform Pest Control services efficiently and effectively
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment used in Pest Control operations
- Maintain a clean driving record and travel between service locations as needed
- Work independently to deliver high-quality Pest Control services
Requirements:
- Must hold and maintain Pest Control Operators (Required) and Fertilizer (Preferred) Licenses through FDACS for the state of Florida
- Previous experience in Pest Control or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of sales techniques for upselling services
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and Pest Control equipment
- Experience in landscape, farm machinery, or lawn care is advantageous
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no more than 3 violations in the last 3 years)
- Ability to work independently and efficiently while delivering high-quality services
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $120,000 depending upon experience
- Relocation package provided, including assistance with housing and moving expenses.
