Ohio REALTORS® is seeking a Multi-Media Coordinator to be responsible for producing impactful and strategic video content to enhance the Ohio REALTORS® brand within Ohio's communities through the creation of high-quality and engaging video content.

We are looking for a highly organized and determined individual with meticulous attention to detail. The ideal candidate demonstrates robust self-management skills and adapts seamlessly to dynamic project environments. Responsibilities include:

• Planning, shooting, and editing video content for various platforms, including promotional videos, commercials, interviews, and more to enhance Ohio REALTORS® brand within Ohio’s communities
• Operating video cameras, DSLRs, and other equipment to capture high-quality footage, ensuring proper framing, composition, and lighting on and offsite
• Editing and post-processing video footage using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, etc.) to create polished and visually appealing videos with captions
• Setting up and managing audio and lighting equipment to ensure clear and high-quality audio and visuals in video recordings
• Assisting in identifying and securing suitable shooting locations, props, and equipment for video shoots
• Maintaining and troubleshooting video equipment to ensure it is in optimal working condition
• Filming/editing insider videos 1x week
• Filming and editing event promotion videos/post-event videos year-round
• Filming and editing short films/videos for social media to promote Ohio REALTORS® brand
• Providing high-quality engaging content to the members and consumers
• Collaborating with the Communications team and other members of Ohio REALTORS® staff to develop compelling narratives and concepts for videos that align with Ohio REALTORS® brand and marketing objectives
• Collaborating with the Communications team to ensure that video content aligns with overall marketing strategies
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality videos

Knowledge and skills required:

• Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in operating video cameras, DSLRs, and video editing software
• Strong Communication Skills
• Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effect, and InDesign)
• Project Management Skills
• Strong understanding of cinematography, composition, and lighting techniques
• Knowledge of sound recording, lighting, and editing
• Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in video production

Experience:

We are looking for an individual with 1+years of experience as a Videographer, with a proven track record in sound, filming, editing, and planning. The ideal candidate should also showcase expertise in equipment maintenance, teleprompter operation, script writing, and scouting locations for filming, with specific experience in operating video cameras and microphones in a studio setting, particularly with DSLR cameras. A strong portfolio showcasing their work is a must!

Education:

• Associate degree in Videography, Film Production, Business, or a related field is required

Salary and Benefits:

The salary range is $XXX-$XXX yearly depending on experience. The compensation package includes a 401(k) with match and Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance and a hybrid schedule, 37.5 hours per week with flex-start and end times.
