```Responsibilities```
- Answer incoming calls from members and provide assistance with their inquiries or concerns
- Handle member complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about our products and services
- Process member transactions via phone.
- Perform data entry tasks to update member records
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex member issues
- Responsible for communicating with members online through email and chat
- Meet or exceed performance goals, including call quality, productivity, and member satisfaction metrics
- Upsell products or services to members when appropriate
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in a Call Center role preferred
-2 years Financial Institution experience
- Knowledge of banking or financial sales is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.28 per hour
Expected hours: 34 – 39 per week
