Team Wellness Center is currently seeking a highly motivated professional to serve as a Call Center Crisis Agent for our outpatient clinics in Detroit and Southgate (position located in Wyandotte). The Call Center Crisis Agent will serve as a front-line/initial contact with all incoming calls. Duties include, but are not limited to; answering calls, scribing, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service; including but not limited to crisis scenarios.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma
- Excellent organizational skills, proficient computer skills and ability to multi-task.
