As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. In this role, you will handle inbound calls and emails, addressing customer concerns, answering product-related questions, and providing guidance on company policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for accurately inputting and updating customer information in our database. Additionally, you will collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and respond to a high volume of inbound calls and emails promptly and professionally
- Address customer concerns and inquiries in a courteous and effective manner
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies
- Maintain and update customer information in the company database
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and their issues have been resolved
- Meet established performance metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores
Requirements:
