Rockland Federal Credit Union (RFCU) is searching for an experienced Mortgage Systems Administrator with a proven track record. This unique role will require five years of experience combining Systems Administration and mortgage loan processes.

A day in the life of a Mortgage Systems Administrator

Working out of our Rockland Headquarters, the Mortgage Systems Administrator will coordinate the implementation of System rules, updates, customizations, configuration changes, reports creation, and handling support issues. You will implement process improvements and monitor System interfaces to ensure problem resolution and optimal performance. You will also provide training to team members to help improve knowledge and processes.

Skills & Requirements

As Mortgage Systems Administrator you will have three years of experience as Encompass Administrator, and an Encompass Admin Certificate is preferred. You will also have Meridian Link experience. A minimum of five years of related work experience, preferable in mortgage banking would be ideal. You must have the proven ability to combine your technical skills with a member service mindset to drive member satisfaction. Also preferred are a Bachelor's degree in business, finance or a related field, and multi-state mortgage experience.

Work Schedule and Benefits

As a Mortgage Systems administrator you will work a 40-hour full-time schedule, with occasional Saturdays (we support work-life balance!).
