Role
HomeReliance Capital, is seeking a full-time Loan Processor. This individual should be a self-starter who is an efficient multi-tasker, has strong people skills, and has a positive attitude.
No Experience needed We Will Train!!!
The ideal candidate may currently / formerly be a loan officer, processor, or underwriter looking to join a fast-growing, high performance team.
Candidate Qualifications
- Adaptable and efficient worker
- Highly organized with the ability to efficiently stay on top of multiple client processes simultaneously
- Attention to detail
Key Responsibilities
- Taking Applications and entering files and uploading documents into the database (you will not be selling the deal)
- Pre-underwriting file for preapprovals and/or submissions
- Send out needs list to client
- Follow up on needs list
- Following up on conditions with clients
- Moving file along in a timely manner
- Make sure closings happen on time and put out fires
- Realtor follow Up
