Job Description
$55,000 - $75,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Order property and loan documentation such as appraisals, inspections, title searches, site surveys, contracts, and property tax records to help process Mortgage Loan files
- Input detailed loan process documentation in our system - from origination to close
- Collect and verify necessary financial documentation, such as credit reports, to complete Mortgage Loan applications and determine creditworthiness
- Interview prospective loan applicants and assist them in finding the best loan products for their needs
- Ensure loan files meet lending and regulatory guidelines and policies
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- At least 2 years of loan processing experience required
- Superb analytical skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
- FHA, FHLB, FNMA, or VA loan product knowledge and mortgage lending experience required
- Accounting, finance, or business Associate’s degree preferred - High school diploma or GED required
- Bi-lingual, Spanish Speaking preferred
