We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Loan Officer Assistant to join our team. The Loan Officer Assistant will provide essential support to our Loan Officers in processing loan applications and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Actively engage in sales processes to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Assisting Loan Officers with gathering and organizing loan application documentation.
- Assist the sales team with finding potential customers, generating leads, and managing customer relationships.
- Communicating with customers to collect necessary information and paperwork.
- Conducting preliminary reviews of loan applications to identify missing or incomplete information.
- Interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing updates on loan status.
- Assisting with other tasks as needed to support the loan origination process.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required).
- Previous experience in administrative or customer service roles preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service to clients.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work with others in a team-oriented setting.
- Demonstrated eagerness to learn about the mortgage industry and stay updated on industry regulations.
