SalaryResponsibilities:
- Evaluate loan applications and determine eligibility based on creditworthiness, income, and financial statements
- Guide customers through the loan application process, providing information and answering questions
- Collaborate with underwriters to ensure accurate and timely processing of loans
- Conduct credit analysis and risk assessment to determine loan terms and interest rates
- Negotiate loan terms and conditions with borrowers
- Prepare loan documents and contracts for approval and signing
- Monitor loan repayment schedules and follow up with delinquent accounts
- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills to provide exceptional service to clients
- Knowledge of financial services, banking products, and lending practices
- Ability to analyze financial statements and assess creditworthiness
- Proficiency in using accounting software and loan processing systems
- Excellent communication skills to effectively explain complex financial concepts to clients
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable loan terms for borrower
