This company specializes in rubber sealing solutions for airplanes including seals, bearings, and composite parts. This full-time, temporary to hire role provides the opportunity to grow your experience as a machine operator and cross train on a variety of different machines.
In this Mill Operator role, you will set up and adjust the mills, feed product into the machine and perform quality checks.
Mill Operator Job Duties:
- Operate mill machine to adjust the density of materials
- Feed material through the mill
- Perform quality checks on product
- Use precision measurement tools
- Read work orders to flatten product to meet specifications
- Day Shift: 7am-3:30pm
Mill Operator Job Requirements:
- 1+ year of mill experience
- Experience using calipers, tape measures, and micrometers
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
