We have an exciting opportunity for a Mid-Level Help Desk Analystto join our team.
Required Experience/Skills:
• At least 5 years of IT experience required.
• Candidate must be self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Candidate must have MS Office Skills (Word/Excel).
• Candidate must be able to maintain a hardware inventory and work with the client to ship hardware to the field.
• Candidate must be able to install software in a Windows based environment.
• Candidate must be able to provide Help Desk support for a custom Windows based application.
• Candidate will be responsible for supporting senior positions and/or performing functional duties under the oversight of more senior positions.
Other Requirements:
• Candidates must either be US Citizens or Permanent Residents
• Candidates must have resided in the United States for the past 5 years
• Candidates must not have traveled outside of the United States for a combined total of 6 months or greater in the past 5 years
• This position requires successful completion of a background check, drug screen, and a credit check.
• Candidates must be local to the job location listed below
Desired Experience/Skills:
• Ability to communicate to a wide variety of audiences, both business and technical.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain system documentation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Experience with PC-SAS is preferred.
• Experience with USB connected scanners and scales is preferred.
Education: Associate degree or equivalent or higher preferred
