Digital Support Specialist (Remote)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our marketing team as a Digital Support Specialist. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for franchise owners regarding all digital and website-related matters. You will be responsible for managing franchise owner requests, facilitating communication between franchise owners, the technical digital team, and brand marketing, and ensuring that franchise owners are kept informed and satisfied with digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a solid understanding of digital marketing principles, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Serve as the main point of contact for franchise owners regarding digital marketing and website-related inquiries.
• Act as a liaison between franchise owners, the digital operations team, and brand marketing to ensure clear communication and alignment of objectives.
• Manage franchise owner expectations by providing timely updates, answering questions, and addressing concerns related to the website and digital marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with the digital operations team to execute website updates, SEO strategies, and other digital marketing requests on behalf of franchise owners.
• Assist franchise owners in understanding and leveraging digital marketing tools and platforms to enhance their online presence and drive business results.
• Coordinate training sessions or resources to educate franchise owners on best practices for digital marketing and website management.
• Analyze digital marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports to franchise owners to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to continually enhance the franchise marketing program.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a franchise or agency business environment.
• Experience working with franchise owners or in a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of website management platforms, SEO principles, and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
