Oasis Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Mid-Level CDRL Data Manager located at the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC) Nuclear Weapons Acquisition Division (AFNWC/NDB) at Eglin AFB, FL.
The U.S. Air Force is developing a new Long-Range Stand-Off (LRSO) nuclear missile. The service plans to field the LRSO by 2030 to replace the current, General Dynamics (now Raytheon) AGM-129A Advanced Cruise Missile (ACM) that originally entered service in 1991. In May 2021, the Air Force awarded an Engineering and Manufacturing Design (EMD) contract to Raytheon Missiles and Defense, Tucson, Arizona. The Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC) Nuclear Weapons Acquisition Division (AFNWC/NDB), resident at Eglin AFB, Florida, is the System Program Office (SPO) responsible for the acquisition.
LOCATION: Eglin AFB, FL
JOB STATUS: Full Time
TRAVEL: Yes (approx. 4 trips per year)

SECURITY CLEARANCE: Secret. Top Secret eligible (U.S. Citizenship is required)

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
- Current DOD Secret Clearance (or US Gov equivalent). Must be Top Secret eligible.
- Knowledge of Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and DD 1423
- Knowledge of Data Item Descriptions (DIDs) used to describe requirements for delivered data
- Experience in data management for DOD contracts for an acquisition environment.
- Experience in a DOD acquisition program office is desired.
- Experience with product data management software tools, e.g., Teamcenter, SharePoint, MS Teams
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Must be proficient with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive and process contract data per the requirements list (CDRL). Ensure data is distributed promptly and works with teams to get responses to CDRL items documented.
- Be the knowledge owner of the data item descriptions (DIDs) used to describe requirement for delivered data.
- Assist the integrated product team (IPT) lead in the maintenance of documentation.
- Interface and coordinate with multiple Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) comprised of diverse engineers to include software, mechanical and electrical engineers, as well as other functionals including program management, logistics, and finance
- Track data from delivery by the contractor and responses by responsible government team members.
- Maintain database(s) for all data delivered to the program and team responses.
- Conduct meetings with leadership to present status of reviewed data.
- Prepares data management metrics reports for leadership.
- Support others in the use of data systems and ensure adherence to standards.
- Assist IPT lead in understanding how data management processes are operating and provide feedback on potential improvements to the process.
- Review and ensure the completeness of documentation submitted by contractors in accordance with the CDRL before engaging the next level teams.
- Communicate effectively through written, verbal, and presentation methods
- Prepare and coordinate responses to requests for information from external organizations.
