The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access.
The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Microsoft Office applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Create and maintain user accounts
- Train users on Microsoft Office applications
- Develop and maintain documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a technical support role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills
