Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central:
· Utilize advanced knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to optimize processes and workflows.
· Manage data entry, customization, and reporting within the Dynamics 365 platform.
· Provide training and support to team members on Business Central functionalities.
· Handle basic IT management tasks, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within the Dynamics 365 platform.
· Ensure seamless integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central with current business practices.
· Maintain and Issue invoices and journal/ledger entries
2. Administrative/ Office duties:
· Perform general office duties, including organizing files, and coordinating office supplies.
· Assist in the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
· Contribute to sales efforts by providing administrative support, managing customer data, and assisting in the preparation of sales materials.
· Liaise with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
· Strong IT management skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
· Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
· Previous experience in an office management role is a plus.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Sales experience is an added bonus.
Education and Experience:
· Associates Degree preferred
· 2 Years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
· 2 Years of experience in an Office working as part of a team.
