Job Description: As a Microsoft Excel and Office Applications Instructor, you will deliver engaging and hands-on training sessions, ensuring participants gain practical skills and confidence. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging Microsoft Excel and Office courses, making a measurable impact on student learning.
- Tailor teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and skill levels.
- Offer personalized feedback and support to enhance student outcomes.
- Stay current with the latest trends and updates in Microsoft Office applications.
- Collaborate with the ExcelHelp team to create new course materials and teaching strategies.
- If suitable, participate in business development activities to foster the growth of our training line.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to cultivate a positive learning environment.
- Passion for teaching and assisting others in developing their skills.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as an instructor or trainer in Microsoft Excel and Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
- Familiarity with the local business community and training needs.
