POSITION SUMMARY: The Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for campaign development and reporting as well as digital lead management. This role will help define, plan and launch integrated marketing campaigns to help reach Republic’s goals for customer acquisition and retention. The Digital Marketing Analyst role works cross-functionally to understand campaign objectives and deliver a plan that is on budget and meets the desired return on investment. This may include campaign planning, content development, journey mapping, reporting & analytics, optimization and lead flow management with the objective of building a strong sales pipeline and increasing online purchases. The Digital Marketing Analyst possesses a passion for data-driven decision making, strong collaboration skills, ability to produce accurate reporting and data visualization and is focused on meeting the organization’s objectives of driving customer acquisition, engagement and retention. This role reports to the Sr. Manager of Digital Marketing & Paid Media.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leads integrated marketing campaigns to help reach organizational goals around customer acquisition and retention.
- Develops and manages campaigns including defining objectives/KPIs, media plan creation, project management, stakeholder alignment, reporting and ongoing optimization.
- Monitors and reports digital lead volumes to assess if business objectives are being met, collaborating across teams to collect feedback, make recommendations and implement improvements.
- Works collaboratively within the organization, including across departments to ensure campaigns accomplish agreed upon goals.
- Partners with external agencies related to demand generation and campaign execution.
- Measures and reports business insights and impacts against campaign KPIs and operational metrics.
- Analyzes campaigns regularly, reports insights and provides recommendations for improvements.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience developing and managing multi-tactic campaigns with an established budget and business objectives.
- Digital marketing experience (paid media, website, social media, email)
- Strong active analytical curiosity and creativity, as well as a flexible critical thinker and problem-solver.
- Experience leading projects with indirect authority
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to sell his/her vision as a persuasive, well-organized and compelling presenter.
- Able to work diligently and independently, but according to direction and within pre-set guidelines.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 3 years of digital experience within a marketing or customer service role
- 2 years of experience with Digital Marketing technologies
