WE ARE LOOKING FOR MEXICAN PASTRY BAKER

-basic Spanish and English
- Mexican pastries REQUIRED from start to finish
- Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies.
- Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistent quality and quantity of baked goods
- Operate and maintain baking equipment and tools
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as necessary to achieve desired results
- Decorate cakes and pastries as required
- Package finished products for display or sale
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Experience:
- Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and measurements
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and adapt them as needed
- Familiarity with cake decorating techniques is a plus
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations in the food industry

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
