We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabricator to join our team. As a Metal Fabricator, you will be responsible for assembling and welding metal components to create various products. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and attention to detail.
```Responsibilities```
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Use power tools and hand tools to cut, shape, and fabricate metal components
- Operate welding equipment to join metal parts together using various welding techniques such as stick welding
- Measure and inspect finished products using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring instruments
- Assemble fabricated metal parts to create finished products
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols
```Qualifications```
- Proven experience as a Metal Fabricator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of metal fabrication techniques and processes
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Experience using power tools and hand tools for cutting, shaping, and fabricating metal
- Ability to operate welding equipment and perform various welding techniques such as stick welding
- Familiarity with measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment

Pay: $19.40 - $23.37 per hour
