Our HQ office in Torrance ishiring for a Mergers and Acquisitions Senior Associate. In this role you will be assisting M&A transactions from inception to execution and working with various departments across the global organization and coordinating with multiple functional groups. Our ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of delivering excellent financial modeling, deal valuation, organizational, and communication skills. Salary Range: $160,000 - $180,000 plus competitive annual bonus
Job Duties:
- Evaluate the competitive landscape and assist in the development and advancement of the M&A strategic initiatives of EPWA.
- Lead and manage the Mergers and acquisition process from initiation to completion.
- Prepare multiple financial analyses and due diligence on potential acquisition targets, including: discounted cash flow (DCF), IRR, accretion/dilution, comparables and financial modeling.
- Assist in negotiating deal terms and structure agreements.
- Prepare investment presentations summarizing conclusions and recommendations to Executive Management
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, preferably in Investment Banking and/or Private Equity field
- Proficient at Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Strong financial acumen with a solid understanding of valuation techniques, financial modeling, returns analysis and deal structuring.
- Excellent interpersonal and oral communications with customers, clients and third parties
