The Bay Area office of An International White Shoe Law Firm is seeking to hire a Senior Level Associate for our Litigation group's Intellectual Property Practice. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in trademark, copyright, trade secrets and other complex commercial litigation, with some experience before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, Federal Trade Commission and/or International Trade Commission preferred. Candidates must be admitted to the California bar and have excellent credentials. Interested candidates will be considered for either the Palo Alto or San Francisco office.
