Our client, a top Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a mid-level associate to join their M&A and Private Equity Group. This is a hybrid position in Midtown Manhattan.
Job Description:
Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements, supervising and training junior associates and coordinating legal specialist working on the deal team.
Qualifications:
- 4-7 years of experience in a law firm
- Experience with private equity and leveraged buyout transactions
- Admitted to practice in New York
Compensation:
Salary is $250,000 – $415,000 dependent on several factors, including skills, graduation year, experience and education.
