Do you want to work in an environment that supports an individual's holistic journey to a healthier version of themselves?
CoreLife is an innovative and rapidly expanding multidisciplinary and integrated healthcare company. At the core of our approach are four essential disciplines: Medical, Nutrition, Exercise, and Behavioral Health. We are excited to add LCSW-Cs for our Maryland clinics, who are passionate and motivated to provide psychotherapy and collaborate with other disciplines to increase a patient's holistic and positive experience through this integrated model of treatment.
Do you want to be in private practice with none of the headaches and none of the risks?
Working for CoreLife means you get all the benefits of being in private practice with none of the frontend or backend administrative work and none of the isolation or risk that private practice can create. We will provide you with the following support services so that you can focus solely on individual psychotherapy sessions with your patients:
- We will provide a steady annual salary, not based on how many patients you see in a day or payor reimbursement rates.
- We will credential you with all the payors to ensure patients with all insurances can receive your help.
- We will find your patients, so you don't need to do any marketing or recruit referrals.
- We will schedule your patients, and our support staff will use assertive engagement techniques to decrease the number of no-shows on your schedule.
- We will complete the patient intake and consent, leaving you to provide sessions solely focused on clinical assessments and support.
- We will review your notes and clinical assessments to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- We will file claims for the patients you see; there is no need to access multiple provider networks to process claims.
- We will provide you with weekly case consult opportunities with other behavioral health specialists and 1:1 weekly support with your supervisor, but we will also give you the autonomy to treat your patients as you clinically see fit.
- We will provide you with caring, energetic, and professional colleagues from multiple disciplines to collaboratively treat patients in an integrative health care team model.
- Master's Degree from an accredited college or University in Social Work
