We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Therapists to join our team. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing therapeutic support and guidance to individuals with Mental Health conditions. This is an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others and contribute to their overall well-being.

Duties:
- Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients, utilizing various therapeutic modalities .
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment interventions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records, ensuring compliance with confidentiality regulations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care for clients.
- Provide crisis intervention services as needed.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in the state of Maryland.
- Proven experience in providing therapy services to individuals with Mental Health conditions.
- Strong knowledge of diagnostic criteria (e.g., ICD-9) and treatment approaches.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to establish rapport with clients and create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.
- Proficiency in medical documentation.
