Kindred Treatment Center (KTC) is an outpatient behavioral health center, located in Manchester MD (Carroll County). At Kindred Treatment Center, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive outpatient behavioral health services. Our innovative program offers a range of services including Mental Health counseling, psychiatry & medication management, and a substance abuse treatment program. We are composed of a team of positive and supportive clinicians and professionals with the common goal of serving our community.
KTC is actively recruiting Mental Health therapists to become part of our team. As an outpatient therapist, the primary responsibilities include conducting individual therapy, performing evaluations and assessments, developing client centered treatment plans, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications: Master's degree or actively pursuing a Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with organizational abilities, are essential. Most importantly, we seek individuals who are passionate and empathetic toward the diverse population we serve.
**We have an increased counseling requests for couples and minors. We are offering a bonus to therapists with this speciality.***
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
