- Diagnoses and treats Mental Health disorders.
- Creates individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances.
- Manages a caseload of 10-20 clients
- Meets with patients regularly to provide counseling, treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Communicates and collaborates with the treatment team and psychiatric provider related to client’s status and any need for further treatment regarding client’s medications and/or medical (consent must be on file).
- Ongoing assessment of mental status and decisions regarding implementation of various services needed to develop and/or maintain skills essential to recovery.
- Provide referrals for services needed.
- Completes all documentation within 48 hours of session date.
- Document no shows and missed appointments.
- Maintain all professional licensure(s) required.
- Maintain up-to-date malpractice liability insurance.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
