Child/Adolescent Therapist - Contractor and Full-Time positions open
Responsibilities of Child/Adolescent Therapist:
- Rendering evidence-based therapeutic treatment to patients
- Providing an array of Mental Health services to promote individualized patient recovery primarily through telehealth video or telephone
- Conducting intakes, individual, group, and family therapy when applicable
- Providing Mental Health assessments, counseling, referrals, and intervention services
- Completing and maintaining documentation in a timely and accurate manner and according to Federal, State and company guidelines
Qualifications of a Child/Adolescent Therapist:
Required:
- Active LCSW licensure
- Demonstrated psychotherapy experience using evidence-based treatments with Child & Adolescents and their parents or caregivers
- Strong engagement and assessment skills to work with a diverse range of patients over video sessions
- Training and experience in evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, CPP, PMT, Play Therapy)
- Cultural competency to work with families.
- Interest in working with children and adolescents with moderate and high acuity levels
- Access to a computer, webcam, reliable internet connection and private, quiet space for sessions
- *Actively seeking clinicians fluent in Spanish, Mandarin, and Cantonese
Preferred:
- Bilingual in Spanish or Chinese
- Two years of experience providing clinical supervision (for those interested in a supervisory role)
- Prior tele-health or remote experience
- Reliable self-starter who is able to work independently and also as part of a team
- Strong engagement and assessment skills to work with a diverse range of patients
