Crossing Bridges Counseling Center (CBCC) seeks a collaborative, professional, and enthusiastic Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), license eligible Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, LPCC, or Professional Counselor Associate to provide therapeutic services to children, youth, and adults. The CBCC clinician will conduct quality Mental Health evaluations, diagnose, design client-driven treatment plans, and implement individually tailored treatment plan interventions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Possess a Master’s degree from an accredited graduate program
- Be licensed, or licensed eligible, under the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists (OBLPCT)
- Possess, or have applied for, a National Provider Identifier (NPI) number
- Comply with the ethics and standards as identified by the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists
- Possess knowledge of the DSM V and ICD 10 diagnoses and codes

DUTIES:
- Conduct detailed Mental Health assessments of children, youth and/or adults
- Develop individually tailored treatment plans with clients
- Be familiar with evidenced-based practices such as: Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Seeking Safety, and implement clinically indicated interventions
- Provide case management duties as necessary
- Refer and link clients to community agencies such as primary care, social services, and Mental Health
- Identify, respond to, and monitor risk situations
- Complete accurate documentation in a timely manner
