We are selectively hiring for one full-time and one part-time licensed therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) to join our dynamic team and help meet the needs of our community. All applicants MUST have an active Oregon license.

Primary Responsibilities

· Provide individual psychotherapy

· Perform Mental Health assessments

· Develop collaborative, comprehensive Mental Health treatment plans

· Complete clinical documentation

· Maintain an active caseload

Requirements

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy or related field.
• Fully registered, licensed, and active in the state of Oregon as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT
• MUST reside in the State of Oregon
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals
• Experience with electronic health records and strong computer skills
• Ability to maintain timely and accurate clinical records
• Knowledge of applicable Oregon Administrative Rules and Oregon Revised Statutes
• Knowledge of HIPAA and 42-CFR confidentiality requirements
• Motivated and driven with the ability to self-start

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience with and/or credentialing in substance use and co-occurring disorders
• Diverse clinical experience and comfortability in serving individuals with a wide range of clinical presentations
• Experience with diverse populations and age ranges including but not limited to children, adolescents, and seniors
• Experience with couples, group, or family counseling

• W-2 compensation
