What you will do:

• Lead PHP groups assisting adult clients in navigating their Mental Health issues.
• Perform individual and family sessions on an as needed basis.
• Collaborate with team members and members in the community to offer best care practices to clients.
• Maintain up to date authorizations and documentation daily.
• Participate in bi-weekly supervision groups with colleagues.

What you're good at:

• You have group experience and are aware of evidenced-based practices to implement during the treatment process.
• You have a working knowledge of treatment plan development and implementation including charting and progress notes and related documentation skills.
• You either have a Mental Health license or are working towards licensure.
