Job Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and addressing inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars efficiently.
- Welcoming clients and checking them in for their appointments.
- Utilizing our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system accurately and efficiently.
- Supporting therapists with scheduling and client-related tasks.
- Maintaining a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for clients and staff.
- Participating in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
- Addressing client questions and concerns promptly and effectively.

Requirements:- Education Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Available to work 10:45am-7:15pm (this shift is a requirement)
- Prior experience in medical reception preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
