Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist Private Practice

Position Overview:

Role: Licensed Mental Health Clinician

Location: Remote - Connecticut, Delaware, DC, Wisconsin ,and/or Nevada

Specialization: Working with teens, young adults, and/or adults

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Perform clinical assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
• Uphold legal and ethical standards in Mental Health.
• Engage in professional development and team meetings.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree or higher in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Independent licensure in Tennessee (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC).
• Experience with Mental Health treatment, diagnosing, and related paperwork.
• Availability for evening appointments.

Preferred Experience:

• At least two years post-licensure experience.
• Experience working with diverse populations and Mental Health conditions.

Clearances Required:

• FBI
• Background check

Compensation and Benefits:

• Part time positions available for a minimum of 10, maximum 20 clinical hours per week at an hourly rate of $50-$70 based on experience. Non-clinical tasks compensated at $15 per hour.
• Late cancel/no show protection
• Full time positions are available for a minimum of 22, maximum 27 clinical hours per week with an annual salary of $55,000-$70,000 based on experience. Benefits include unlimited PTO, disability insurance, health and wellness stipend, continuing education stipend, and technology stipend.

Additional Details:

• Assistance with credentialing, CAQH, and NPI registration.
• Applications kept on file for six months.
