Hope and Harmony Wellness Group PLLC is actively seeking an enthusiastic, driven individual to join our esteemed virtual Mental Health team as a Contractual Administrative Assistant. In this key role, you'll play an essential part in championing our mission to provide compassionate, reliable, and competent Mental Health services. Duties:
- Efficiently manage client scheduling and appointment reminders
- Coordinate meetings, both internal and external
- Organize events and workshops, ensuring smooth execution
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally
- Proactively engage with community organizations to promote our services
- Assist with billing, insurance verification, and maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR)
-Create fliers and social media postings
- Respond to client inquiries and provide necessary information
- Conduct other administrative tasks as assigned including data entry and file management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in administrative support
- Familiarity with EHR systems and medical terminology
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and relevant software
