Under the direct supervision of the Project Director, the Data Entry/Administrative Assistant will also perform a variety of office support and/or secretarial duties for the program/department, such as composing standard documents and correspondence, answering calls, processing forms, and establishing and maintaining office filing/records.
The Data Entry component is critical to CCBHC success and the staff will assist the team in providing the highest level of compliance and ultimate success in the CCBHC initiative. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

The Data Entry component is critical to CCBHC success and the staff will assist the team in providing the highest level of compliance and ultimate success in the CCBHC initiative. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs a wide variety of typing assignments which are sometimes confidential in nature; operates personal computer to enter data, draft, edit, revise and print letters, tables, charts, business plans, reports, and other materials. Responsible for proofreading for accuracy and clarity.
- Data entry into SPARS
- Ensures all NOMS are entered in a timely manner, Within 30 days of submission int SPARS
- Communicates with HRDI staff re: NOMS due dates and submissions
- Reports to PD in a timely manner when submissions are not entered into SPARS
- Greets and directs visitors, when appropriate; resolves routine administrative problems and answers inquiries concerning activities and operations of unit/department.
- Accepts, screens, and routes telephone calls; maintains log of inquiries as required.
- Plans the way assigned administrative tasks are to be accomplished and meet specific deadlines.
- Responsible for sorting, screening, and distributing of incoming and external mail.
- Assists Project Director and CCBHC staff with special projects.
- Act as a liaison for clients; building maintenance and maintain office safety routines.
- Answers multi-line phones and performs basic receptionist duties as assigned.
- Assists with Pocket Pull documents for identified programs
- Performs other specific related duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED; formal secondary education preferred
- At least 2 years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities is required. An associate degree in secretarial/administrative training is preferred
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to type 40-45 wpm.
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be able to lift 10-20lbs Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
