As a Membership Development Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and engagement of our organization's membership base. Working closely with the Chamber President, you will be responsible for implementing strategies to attract new members, retain existing ones, and enhance overall member satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
New Member Acquisition:
- Actively identify and pursue opportunities for recruiting new members.
- Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to attract diverse and qualified individuals or organizations.
Member Retention:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing members.
- Implement retention initiatives, including personalized communications and member feedback mechanisms.
Event Coordination:
- Collaborate with the events team to organize member-centric activities, workshops, and networking events.
- Ensure seamless execution of events to enhance member experience and foster community engagement.
Communication and Promotion:
- Assist in the creation of promotional materials and communication strategies to highlight the value of membership.
- Utilize various channels, including social media and newsletters, to effectively convey the benefits of joining and participating in the organization.
Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date member databases.
- Generate regular reports on membership growth, retention rates, and engagement metrics.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.75 - $22.49 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
