Summary Statement:

The primary responsibility of the Membership Services Coordinator is to analyze and assist in the performance of the Resort Marketing Executive team, marketing, and execution of special events, establish blocks and monitor pace of all ticketed events. All duties are to be performed in accordance with department and property standard operating policies and procedures.
Job Duties:

Primary Job Duties: – Includes but is not limited to:

  • Support and assist the Manager of Membership Services in creating reports based on Resort Marketing needs that include all areas of Resorts World Las Vegas: Resort Marketing, VIP Arrival/Departure, Suite occupancy, Player Manifests, Ad hoc Marketing list pull etc.
  • Assist with the managing and execution of all special events, and assist Resort Marketing with all customer outreach.
  • Assist Manager of Membership Services with ticket blocks and ticket distribution.
  • Create the financial aspects of special event including proformas, budgets, incoming credit, post event performance and customer reinvestments.
  • Evaluate casino play for accounts to determine participation approval for special events.
  • Ensure that all outside facility expenses are accounted for on customer accounts to ensure accurate visibility into customer profitability.
  • Support the Director and Manager of Membership Services in identifying opportunities to maximize profitability and implement courses of action to resolve inefficiencies that affect Resort Marketing.
  • Collaborate with support department to ensure scheduling and staffing are in place over event weekends.
  • Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Competencies: Includes but is not limited to:
  • Minimum age requirement: 21 years of age.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Attention to Detail and Excellent Quality
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred:
  • Working knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Property Management System, Gaming Operation/Loyalty System.
  • Experience in Customer Service Field
  • Clerical or Data Entry Experience
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

Minimum Education and Experience:
  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • High School Diploma
  • Working knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Property Management System, Gaming Operation/Loyalty System.
  • Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts.
Preferred:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Finance, Hospitality, Gaming or related field.
  • Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting.
Certificates, Licenses, Regulations:
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • Position required licenses: Gaming Registration
