The Medical Treatment Coordinator is responsible for administrative and clerical functions and acts as the liaison between the clients and physicians.

- No direct supervision responsibilities
- Calendar scheduling
- Arrange transportation to appointments
- Assist in getting payment arranged for appointments
- Request Narrative Reports
- Extensive client contact regarding treatments
- Perform general office duties such as scanning, attaching, and typing
- Display true passion for client and community service
- Accurately type a minimum of 40 words per minute
- Professionally and efficiently multitasks and meets multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Displays a high level of customer service skills
- Displays an eagerness to learn each and every day
- Desires accuracy and possess the ability to take pride in work
- Respectful and provides a trustworthy source for both clients and coworkers
- Reliable and dependable in performing job-related tasks, finishing assigned projects, meeting deadlines and appointments
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of medical terminology and Health Insurance is a plus
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 1 year of clerical work experience
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
