SalaryWe are expanding! We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, self motivated front office employee to join our fast growing office. Here at Nations Dental Studio we love coming together and working as a team. Our goal is to provide each and every patient that walks through the door an environment of peace and satisfaction. Dental experience is preferred but not mandatory. This position is a Full Time with a possibility for Part Time if applicable to your schedule. Tasks and responsibilities include but not limited to; maintaining treatment schedule, making sure patients are presented with treatment financials, answering any questions they have, coordinating referrals for treatment with other offices, answering/responding to phone calls, emails, texts, and voicemails, verifying and obtaining information for all insurances for patients, checking in/out patients, collecting payments, maintain a well organized work space/front office area, working treatment reports, scheduling patients or treatment, and many other like tasks. Multitasking is a must. Being able to handle stressful situations can arise but we do our best to keep that limited. Being able to work by yourself and with a team is priority.
