Treatment Coordinator

Martin Dentistry has been serving our friends and neighbors in the Tri-Cities for over 40 years with locations in Kingsport, Johnson City, Colonial Heights, and Elizabethton. We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail oriented Treatment Coordinator with a passion for patient care!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• In charge of doctor’s schedule
• Present treatment on larger cases
• Call patients that need follow up for treatment
• Make sure all consents and treatment plans are properly prepared
• Manage patient financing options
• Collect Co-pays and prepayments
• Manage past due treatment list
• Assist in answering phones, check-in/check-out, and other duties as needed

SKILLS

• Treatment planning experience preferred
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
• Clinical experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
