Medical Scheduler and Chartroom Assistant

We are an Integrative Medical Office seeking a full-time, experienced, and upbeat Medical Scheduler and Chartroom Assistant to become part of our team! In this role, you will be answering phones, managing clinical schedules, and performing medical records responsibilities.

Medical Scheduler and Chartroom Assistant Responsibilities:

• Answering all incoming calls in a cheerful, upbeat manner
• Performing medical records responsibilities
• Responding to inquiries and patient requests from the phone and website
• Managing incoming faxes and labs
• Filing Charts
• Contributing to the smooth functioning of scheduling and phone operations to ensure compliance, efficiency, and patient satisfaction

Medical Scheduler and Chartroom Assistant Experience:

• Minimum of 1 years in medical scheduling/coordinating
• Knowledge of computer basics
• Excellent organization and follow through skills
• Excellent communication and human relation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18-21 per hour

Weekly Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday 8:30-5
• Friday 8:30-12:30
