We are seeking motivated and serious customer service-oriented individuals to join our Medical Scheduling team. Our ideal candidates need to have excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. If you have strong dedication, a positive and upbeat personality, this could be the opportunity for you. These positions are available in Gaithersburg, MD.

The Medical Scheduler must be efficient and organized, be comfortable working with a variety of health insurance providers, law offices, and a diverse patient base.

Some Responsibilities Include -

• Answering phones, directing phone calls and taking messages
• Communicating and coordinating with law offices, insurance providers, and patients
• Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
• Data entry of patient information
• Retrieving patient information and reviewing of patient paperwork, to ensure accuracy
• Respond in a timely manner to all email correspondence
• Perform other assigned office duties, as needed

Requirements Include -

• Be able to work Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5:30 PM
• Having Medical Office and/or Medical Scheduler experience is great, training will also be provided.
• Bi-Lingual, English/Spanish, is required.
• High School education or higher
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the office location.
