Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Greets and interacts with patients
- Check in patients
- Perform accurate data entry
- Collect ID and insurance cards, scan ID cards, verify emergency contacts, etc
- Assist with completing documents related to auto insurance or worker’s comp as needed
- Maintain medical records
- Insurance verification
- Collect copays and outstanding balances
- Answer phone calls
- Register patients and schedule appointments
- Call center/medical customer service experience preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Onsite, M-F, 8am – 5pm

Pay Details: $16.00 to $17.00 per hour
