Opportunity
Kohler Brownwood is currently looking for hard-working, dependable people to fill the position of Drill and Grind in our Plastics division. The shift hours are 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM. The position is responsible for trimming, grinding, drilling and routing all edges and holes on plastic products.
Skills/Requirements
Qualifications for the position includes:
- Knowledge of drill and grind equipment.
- Knowledge of plastics materials and methods.
- Requires ability to process a designated number of units.
- Requires exposure to chemicals, heat and dust.
- Requires heavy, repetitive lifting.
- Must be able to work scheduled overtime.
- Must be able to differentiate between shades of colors.
- Possibility of reduced work hours.
