Medical Receptionist/Front Desk

Altamonte Medical Associates, P.A. is an established primary care practice. Serving the central Orlando and surrounding areas, our provider is well known for his superior care and high level of patient satisfaction. We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our team.

The Medical Receptionist/Front Desk provides appointment scheduling, patient registration, co-pay/balance collection, answers incoming calls and performs other related clerical functions. This primary role provides front office support functions.

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:15 am to 5pm

Work Location: 631 Palm Springs drive Suite #117 Altamonte springs 32701

Primary Responsibilities:

• Accurately and professionally handling all front desk operations including answering phones, greeting patients, scheduling of all appointments, balancing daily collections, addressing routine inquiries, routing other incoming phone calls, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the practice and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of medical office experience
• 1+ years of EMR/Data Entry experience
• English proficient
• High School Diploma and 1+ years of equivalent customer service experience
• Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour
