Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using the office's phone system
- Maintain patient records and update information as needed
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Communicate with patients, healthcare providers, and staff in a professional manner.
-Perform clerical duties such as entering patient information into the billing system, making calls, and other tasks.

- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar administrative role preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle patient inquiries and concerns effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
