New England Women’s Healthcare has an immediate full-time opening for a Call Center Representative. We are seeking a highly-motivated individual with excellent communication and organizational skills for our OB/GYN practice.
Duties include:
- Answering phone calls & identifying client needs
- Updating patient demographic and insurance information
- Scheduling appointments
- Directing phone calls to appropriate person or location
- Providing general information regarding our practice and services
- Faxing
Qualifications: Candidates must have the ability and desire to deliver exemplary client service. Previous experience with EMR (electronic medical records) in a medical setting is desired. Must be proficient in standard office procedures and have strong computer skills. Must be able to communicate with both patients and clinicians in a professional and appropriate manner. Candidates must be dependable and have a solid work history.
Compensation is based on experience and skill level. No nights, weekends, or holidays. Full-time benefits include 401k, health, dental, and paid time off.
