Busy Nazareth Physician office looking for qualified individual to perform front desk clerical duties. The individual in this position will work approximately 40 weekday, daytime hours per week. Normal hours would be as follows:
- Monday 8-4
- Tuesday 8-4
- Wednesday 8-2
- Thursday 8-6
- Friday 8-4
No weekends!
Responsibilities and Duties
The individual chosen for this position will normally be handling the following areas:
- Patient check-in/check-out
- Collecting Co-Pays
- Updating Insurance
- Prior Authorizations
- Answering phones
- Scheduling Tests / Appointments
Individuals applying for this position who possess a clinical background may also work back office (patient care) duties.
Qualifications and Skills
To be considered, applicants MUST have experience in a physician office setting or equivalent training.
