We are seeking G3X (Space Operations) Lead Specialists at all levels of experience (Junior thru Senior and SME) to support the United States Army Pacific Command (USARPAC) Task Order (TO). We are currently assembling our team of experienced professionals with a broad range of intelligence, operations, planning, data, training, and logistics solutions on an enterprise scale to advance technical capabilities and maximize the effectiveness of USARPAC programs, operations, and partnerships throughout the USARPAC Area of Responsibility (AOR).
Job Description:
The G3X (Space Operations) Lead Specialist plans, develops, manages, and supports Army Space Operations and forces assigned/allocated to USARPAC for exercise campaigning and contingency operations. Supports strategic, operational, and tactical planning of Army space and SAP capabilities including space Operational Preparation of the Environment (OPE) and space survey analysis across USINDOPACOM and U.S. Space Command (USSPACECOM) theaters of operation. Possesses technical expertise in terrestrial space capabilities, friendly space capabilities, potential adversary space capabilities, and associated space order of battle to mitigate threats and exploit vulnerabilities. Integrates Army Space Operations into exercise planning, coordinate live fire ranges.
Duties:
- Integrates Army Space Operations into exercise planning, coordinate live fire ranges, and provide space support during joint and multinational exercises.
- Supports PN space exchanges and exercises for greater combined space capacity in the Indo-Pacific.
- Provides technical expertise on U.S. space control systems and sensitive activities for planning, training, and employment within the Indo-Pacific theater of operation.
- Conducts collective and individual training for assigned or allocated Army space formations under USARPAC.
- Conducts basic, intermediate, and advanced target development and threat analysis for space negation effects from joint space capabilities.
- Provides Intelligence, Information, Cyber, Electronic Warfare, and Space (I2CEWS) development, and leverage technology/capability acquisition to support target development.
- Provides collection, analysis, and assessment of adversary networks to provide decision real-time enhanced situational awareness to accelerate the Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze, and Disseminate (F3EAD) cycle.
- Process and integrate classified friendly and threat space capability information up to the TS/SCI and SAP classification levels.
- Supports USARPAC research, development, requests, and the integration of emerging space and special access program capabilities providing distinct military advantages for the Indo-Pacific theater.
- Develops informed concepts for advanced space capabilities to be vetted, funded, and demonstrated for operational utilization.
- Provides expertise to support space capabilities, SAP, STO, sensitive activities, and technology/capability acquisition for operational utilization.
- Provides administrative and ancillary IT services.
- Reviews drafted DoD, Joint Staff, HQDA, and USINDOPACOM documents
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelors and five (5)+ years’ of experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree
