Medical Receptionist

JumpStart Physical Therapy is a family owned practice that provides physical therapy services to patients across the life span.

We are in search of a full-time Front Desk Specialist for our Natick, MA office. As a Front Desk Specialist you are the first connection point for clients entering JumpStart. Potential candidates need to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and feel comfortable conversing and gathering information from clients. Administrative responsibilities include patient processing (intakes, scheduling, check ins, emailing), answering phones, scanning documents, as well as daily communication with clients and staff. Use of word and excel software also part of the daily routine. Candidates should be able to be productive in a busy work environment, pay attention to detail, and overall be a "people person". To be successful as a Front desk Specialist, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. You should be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. Ultimately, a Front Desk Specialist’s duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively, and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards

Hours are Monday- Thursday 8-5:30 and Fridays 8-12. Hours are subject to change based on the needs of the company.

Previous experience in a medial setting preferred, but not required. If you are interested, please send your cover letter and resume.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
